Big Oats
A nutritious breakfast for a good start of the day, high on fiber. Energy and fibers help you start the day and keep you going. The larger oat flakes give your breakfast a firmer bite.
Oats
Oats are beneficial for your health. Eating 30 to 60 grams of oat products (such as oatmeal) per day lowers the LDL cholesterol level in the blood. High LDL cholesterol levels increase the risk of cardiovascular disease.
Grain products that contain sufficient grain fiber help to reduce the risk of certain diseases. In addition, they contain many beneficial nutrients such as carbohydrates, fiber, B vitamins and minerals.
